Yes, you can purchase an extended warranty either at the time of purchase or during the warranty period for longer coverage.

Refund
Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please submit a request through “My Orders.”
We cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to a product defect. For personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We will process your refund within 1–3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The actual到账 time depends on your payment method (usually 3–7 business days).
A partial refund may be issued if the returned item is missing parts, packaging, or shows signs of use. Promo coupons may also affect the refund amount.
