When will i get my order

From the moment we receive your order, it takes 3-5 business days to craft your bracelet(s)



When will my order be shipped?

Once your payment is confirmed and the item is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability and processing.



Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact customer service to try to change the shipping address. If the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be changed and you may need to return or resend the item after receiving it.
