Keep in mind that for a custom design, the price of the bracelet may change. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your design ideas, and we will let you know what we can do!
Delivery
From the moment we receive your order, it takes 3-5 business days to craft your bracelet(s)
When will my order be shipped?
Once your payment is confirmed and the item is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability and processing.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact customer service to try to change the shipping address. If the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be changed and you may need to return or resend the item after receiving it.

Of course, we understand that getting the size right the first time can be a little tricky, especially with custom-made bracelets. That’s why we offer complimentary resizing within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Simply send an email to [email protected], and we’ll provide you with a free shipping label and guide you through the easy steps for resizing your bracelet or necklace.
