Sometimes yes, it depends on the bracelet and what you envision is possible with this particular bracelet. We can only customize what we currently have in stock. Keep in mind that for a custom design, the price of the bracelet may change. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your design ideas, and we will let you know what we can do!

When will i get my order

From the moment we receive your order, it takes 3-5 business days to craft your bracelet(s)

When will my order be shipped?

Once your payment is confirmed and the item is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability and processing.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact customer service to try to change the shipping address. If the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be changed and you may need to return or resend the item after receiving it.

That’s why we offer complimentary resizing within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.
