Each piece of raw stone is meticulously selected by experienced jade carvers, adhering to the principle of “applying art to the material” to maximize the preservation of the jade’s natural form and aura. Inheriting Tengchong’s century-old hand-carving techniques, the brand utilizes a combination of traditional hand-polishing and modern precision equipment to ensure every line is smooth and natural, and every detail is meticulously crafted. Face520’s artisans are particularly adept at utilizing jade’s natural color distribution, transforming imperfections into highlights, transforming green into lotus leaves and purple into auspicious clouds, imbuing the jade with life and story.
From design to completion, each piece of work often goes through dozens of processes and takes several months, embodying the craftsman’s hard work and the accumulation of time.
